"I am so appreciative for all your help in selling my house in Sedona. I thought it would take us a minimum of (4) months or more to sell the house and you were able to get the job done in less than (2) months.
Your expertise and professionalism with Real Estate matters, along in helping us with so many details made the process seem so easy, which we both know how much work, time and efort really goes into selling a home. Again, Thank-you.
As you know, it was with great difficulty that we finally made the decision to sell the house in beautiful Sedona.
Best Regards,
Ms. Escano"

"Sam Escobedo assisted me in looking for and purchasing a home this year. I had a relatively complicated situation, in that I was planning to purchase homes in both Santa Fe and the Sedona area, and my price range depended on which home I purchased first. He was understanding and flexible, and when I did purchase a home in Santa Fe first, he continued to work with me within the funding level that remained.
I was also unsure as to the area I wanted to live in, looking in Sedona, Camp Verde, Rim Rock, The Village of Oak Creek, Cornville and Cottonwood. Again, he remained supportive, helping me narrow down my choices, looking at the pros and cons of each area, and allowed me to explore enough that I was intellectually and emotionally ready to decide when the time came. I have had other realtors get frustrated when I was casting a "wide net" to get a sense of what I wanted. Sam supported my exploration, feeling that I would be a much more satisfied buyer if I did my "homework" first...to MY satisfaction, not theirs. He was exactly right!
The home I bought in Cornville was a complex transaction, as it was an older home with lots of problems...he took charge of all the details that had to be worked out with all of the different inspections and tradesmen evaluations. We also had zoning issues to investigate and resolve. This...while I was living in Santa Fe half-time. Needless to say, he shepherded the sale to closure, even working with a realtor on the seller's side who was frequently unavailable or unresponsive.
In sum, he was incredibly sensitive to the needs...all of the needs, emotional, financial, organizational...of their client. He is on top of things and highly self motivated and self managing. He stepped in and took responsibility for getting the job done, even in the face of less responsible people that they must coordinate with. He was tenacious without being pushy. Sam CARES about you, and wants you to be happy with your purchase. And the bottom line? I LOVE my house, feel that I got it for a fair price, and can't imagine living anywhere else. It doesn't get any better than that. Thank you Sam for all that you did.
